Fun Farm, Sta. Elena

The Fun Farm at Sta. Elena is a place where you go to when you need to escape the city. Kids can enjoy running around in nature, ride a horse and pet the bunnies. At less than an hour driving south from Makati, you enter paradise!

Fun Farm Activities

The children will enjoy the mini petting zoo with guinea pigs and rabbits, the ride in a cart pulled by a carabao, the obstacle course, the zip line, the sandbox, a ride on the horse and simply running around.

There is a pond with a rowing boat, and if you are adventurous enough, try to cross the pond on the wobbly rope bridge. You might fall in, but then that just adds to the fun!

You can even try to catch your own fish! Fishing rods, hooks and worms are waiting for you. And if you are scared to touch the worms, one of the kuyas will be there to help you hook it on.

There are enough activities to spend an entire day in fresh air! Best to go when it is dry and not too hot. But my kids had actually the most fun on a drizzly day, running around in their swim suits and boots.

What you need to know about the Fun Farm

You have to call ahead for an appointment as they don’t allow walk-ins. Your car has to pass a guard house and if you are not on the list, you will be denied entry to Sta. Elena. Plan at least a few days ahead as sometimes they are not quick to reply to your text or won’t pick up the phone.

The entrance fee is P400 per head, free below 2 years old, all activities included, no extra charges. It is totally worth it.

There is a nice covered pick-nick area so bring your own ready-to-eat food and drinks as there is no restaurant. There are clean bathrooms and free parking on site.

While you are there, also make sure to visit Holy Carabao, and buy organic vegetables freshly picked by you!
