Science Film Festival 2018
The Science Film Festival features science & technology films from all over the world presented in an entertaining and comprehensible way for children aged 6-14 years. In the Philippines, the festival takes place from November 12-December 7, 2018. Read on for information on where and when to watch these films with your kids.

The Science Film Festival is organized by Goethe-Institut with the support from the Department of Education (DepEd), the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), SM Cinema, and GMA Network. The festival officially opens on November 12, 2018 with a special screening of the award-winning documentary special of GMA Public Affairs hosted by Atom Araullo, “Philippine Seas“. The documentary features the exploration and expedition on the 13-million hectare Philippine Rise and its potentially rich source of natural gas and other resources.
Dr. Ulrich Nowak-Goethe-Institut Philippinen, and Dr. Ruby Christobal-DOST-SEI, opened the Science Film Festival 2018 with the director and producer of "Philippine Seas".

Science Film Festival Schedule
From November 13 to December 07, film screenings will follow at select public school and science high schools nationwide. Screenings for the general public are available at the following partner venues:- Museo Pambata
- The Mind Museum
- Manila Ocean Park
- Philippine Science Centrum
- The National Libraries of the Philippines
